Shareholders of The Brew Kettle filed a suit April 29 accusing Christopher Russo and Rodney Davis — who collectively owned a 25% interest in the craft brewery and restaurant — of misappropriating company resources to fund personal ventures, depriving the brewery and restaurant of resources to pay creditors and vendors, causing loan defaults and committing securities fraud.
