Dec 14, 2020 ENID, Okla. — COVID-19 cases in Oklahoma increased by 2,099, and eight new deaths were reported by Oklahoma State Department of Health on Monday. Increases were much lower Monday statewide and in Garfield County, where 115 new cases and three deaths from Enid were reported on Sunday.
