WITH just over 10 weeks till Ledbury Carnival the Association is looking forward to meeting some new friends to our event on August 29.

The Buchanan Trust is creating homes for armed forces veterans, with support from the Government’s housing agency Homes England.

TELEVISION personality Ross Kemp will be visiting Herefordshire next week to open some new cottages for veterans. Best known for his role as hard-man Grant Mitchell in Eastenders, the actor and presenter will be joining The Buchanan Trust in Bosbury for the grand opening of their Almshouse Veteran cottages project.
