Atacama desert. this is the driest place on the earth, periods of four years without a drop of rain, bone dry if you ask me, average rainfall is about 15 millimeters which is about half an inch per year. the weather patterns have been different for this part of the world creating significant resi area having to bucket oud muddy water from their homes and also having being forced to traverse across flooded roadways. so were talking not only space, were also talking about weather here on earth. so...
