Purdue kicked off Spring Fest for the first time since 2019, but it certainly didnt feel like spring.

The company is continuing its mission to empower more women to explore careers in science by sponsoring a student intern to help with the 32nd Bug Bowl event management.

Scheduled for May 17, the virtual event will include presentations from Mark “Shep” Sheperdigian, vice president of technical services of Rose Pest Solutions; Jennifer Gordon, PH.D., founder and principal consultant of Bug Lessons; and Chelle Hartzer, B.C.E., entomologist and owner of 360 Pest and Food Safety Consulting.
