Seven month old found safe, kidnapper arrested Leander Nathaniel Harris A man was arrested this afternoon (Jan. 7) after an Amber Alert was issued stating he had allegedly abducted a seven month old child from Long County. According to Long County Sheriff Craig Nobles, Leander Nathaniel Harris was arrested in Statesboro and the child was found safe.   An Amber Alert had been issued Jan. 7, in the afternoon, alleging that Harris had taken Genesis Gutierrez Harris from her Glennville home in Long County around 9 a.m.
