ASK Property Fund, the real estate private equity arm of ASK Group, has invested Rs 225 crore in a residential project by Kumar Realty in Punes Hinjewadi. The investment was made through ASK Real Estate Special Opportunities Fund IV (RESOF IV). The project targets affordable and mid-income homebuyers and is part of an integrated township. ASK Property Fund has a track record of 15 investments in Punes real estate market.

India is expected to approve investment proposals worth ₹4,000 crore under the revised IT hardware Production Linked Incentive (PLI) scheme. Last month, the ministry of electronics and IT received 40 proposals amounting to ₹5,000 crore, but not all will be approved due to budget constraints.
