We talked about a serious accident in the overnight hours in delaware, 4935 southbound is opened between 495 southbound is opened between philadelphia pike and edgemore road. In delaware, breaking overnight, a woman suffered lifethreatening injuries in a crash on i95. I happened along the southbound lanes near 4th street at 1 00 a. M. The victim was driving a car with a male passenger she stopped and stepped on to the road when she was struck by a passing vehicle. That driver stopped nearby.
