A CAR park next to the University of Bradford campus could be transformed into a new industrial development if new plans are approved.

A NEW business park, including office space, 20 business units and a cafe could be created in Keighley town centre. The site, which would be called Providence Place, would be built on a site on Dalton Lane, opposite Keighley College.
