Caddie Program News Today

Portland Parks & Recreation’s (PP&R) Early Adventures in Golf for a Lifetime of Enjoyment program, better known as the EAGLE program, is now accepting applications. Students who identify as any of the following are especially encouraged to apply: Black, Indigenous, a person of color, female, non-binary, an immigrant, or a refugee.

Portland students currently enrolled as ninth graders are encouraged to apply for the EAGLE Caddie Program. The Early Adventures in Golf for a Lifetime of Enjoyment program is a cooperative venture between Portland Parks & Recreation (PP&R), the Western Golf Association Evans Scholars Foundation, and public and private high schools located within the city of Portland.*

In the midst of the COVID-19 recovery, nonprofits are continuing to adapt to various changes. Yet, their missions remain unchanged: to make the world a better place through their particular offerings.
