Defendants charged with drugs related offences have been before the magistrates in Llanelli this week. Andrew Jamie Elias, aged 33, of Cae Coed, Llandybie, admitted a charge of producing two cannabis plants and was fined £120. He must also pay a victim surcharge of £32 and £150 costs. An order was made for the destruction of the plants.
