A young woman has warned others not to go out alone in the evenings after she was assaulted by a group of men while jogging in a park near her home. The victim, Cait Smith, was assaulted whilst exercising around the lower section of the Colchester park.  After the assault she took to Facebook and posted a series of pictures of her injuries, issuing a warning to others who walk alone in the area. Her post has been shared more than 3,000 times.
