BLAIR C. CONFER Blair C. “Lum” Confer, 78 , went home to be with his Lord and Savior on Sunday, March 7, 2021 at his home in Monument. He was born on Nov. 25, 1942, the son of the late Franklin E. and Leah Thompson Confer. He grew up in the town of Orviston and always liked to reminisce about his childhood days there.
