Plan. if you incur incurred multiple s exens -- expenses, you will be compensated. one thing i am hearing from a lot of passengers is how difficult it is to get hold of a real live person when you call jetblue. one woman saying to me she ended up calling jetblue 30 times. take a listen. >> we had a flight at 10:00. thought it was cancelled. we tried to call jetblue. they wouldnt answer. they kept hanging up on us. saying your call is going to end now. they hang up. 30 calls later, i just gave up...
