At CES 2022, Google describes a number of ways in which it will use Fast Pair and other technologies to connect PCs, Chromebooks, Android phones, and even cars and smartwatches.

Google is bringing Fast Pair to Windows and TVs and more. It's also planning Wear OS watch unlocks for phones.

Google on Wednesday announced the expansion of Fast Pair to devices including smart TVs, Chromebooks, and smart home devices. The company also revealed that it is working on a quick setup for Chromebooks that will work with Android phones. Smartwatches based on Wear OS will get the ability to unlock Chromebook and Android devices, Google said.
