The Mallow Box, a dessert shop serving gourmet marshmallows in nearly every way imaginable, opened its second location in Legacy Food Hall in August.
After a year of pop-ups at Stonebriar Centre’s Nordstrom and a brief experiment with a kiosk at the Shops at Willow Bend, the Mallow Box’s first brick-and-mortar store launched from the Willow Bend food court in November 2019, not long before the coronavirus locked down mall food courts.
