New North Rowan head football coach Josh Sophia sat down with HighSchoolOT to break down his move back to Spencer to take over the Cavaliers' football program after spending four seasons as the head coach at Camden County.

The Blackman High culinary program was one of a dozen schools throughout Middle Tennessee to receive in upwards of 300 of the 4,000 chef jackets donated by Cracker Barrel.Blackman instructor Frank Pinnix participated in a meeting with several other high school culinary educators — Lebanon, Wilson Central, Mt.
