A group with members all over the country said they've long faced a certain challenge. It's a challenge that's especially personal. They're taking it on by leading by example.

The professional nursing organization, Chi Eta Phi, is partnering with The American Red Cross for a blood drive in honor of Capri Reece, one of their members, who has sickle cell disease.
