As the country awaits a suspect to be taken into custody with broken hearts after the mass shootings in Maine Wednesday night, the city of Dadeville is uniquely reminded of a similar horrific tragedy it experienced earlier this year at a birthday party.

For the first time, one of the surviving victims of the deadly Dadeville shooting at a Sweet 16 birthday party is speaking out. After two months, she was released following being in a medically induced coma for a month and facing multiple surgeries.
