The psychologist, Michelle D. Brownfield, 38, of Duluth, was charged with two counts of third-degree criminal sexual conduct involving the men, who were undergoing treatment for sexual offenses. A warrant covering Minnesota and its border states has been issued for her arrest.

The bench warrant, issued April 5 by Carlton County Judge Rebekka Stumme, was requested by the state after Seaberg failed to appear for scheduled omnibus hearings March 29 and April 5. Seaberg is facing charges of theft of a motor vehicle and fleeing police officers following his Carlton County arrest in February.
