Help pours for Vizcaya PDLs infected with COVID-19
BAYOMBONG, Nueva Vizcaya, April 14(PIA) - Various assistance continue to pour in for the Persons Deprived of Liberty (PDLs) at the Provincial Jail due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
