With the closing of Cafe at Adele’s, Carson City and its community will witness the end of an era. This decision by owners Chef Charlie and Karen Abowd, comes in the wake of a fire that occurred March 28, and the subsequent inability to negotiate a settlement with the insurance company that would cover reconstruction costs.

Come join us at the release celebration of Recipes and Rambles that made Adeles a Nevada hot spot: 40 years of history as told by Chef Charlie Abowd, Saturday, March 25 from 2 to 4 p.m., at Nashvillle Social Club. The gathering takes place in The Swan Room, and doors will open at 1:30.
