A pair of Carson City Detention Center inmates were charged with felony battery by prisoner Friday afternoon at 12:40 p.m. at the Carson City Jail after video surveillance footage showed one inmate getting jumped by two others in a cell, a Carson City Sheriffs deputy reported.

A 56 year-old Grass Valley, CA, woman was arrested Friday morning at 5:08 a.m. in the park-and-ride lot off U.S. Highway 50 West near Spooner Junction for felony driving under the influence (DUI), a Carson City Sheriffs deputy reported.

Two were arrested Wednesday for suspicion of felony drug possession with intent to sell and other alleged offenses, according to a Carson City Sheriffs Office booking report.
