A 36 year-old Carson City woman was arrested Friday evening at 7:51 p.m. in the 10 block of College Parkway on charges of felony child abuse/neglect resulting in substantial bodily and/or mental harm, a Carson City Sheriffs deputy reported.

The Carson City Sheriff’s Office Investigations Division is investigating a case involving two subjects passing fake currency at a Carson City business.

A 24 year-old transient man was arrested Friday night a 8:06 p.m. in the area of Long Ridge and Ridgefield on multiple counts of drug possession, including felony possession of a methamphetamine, and violation of his probation terms through the Carson City Department of Alternative Sentencing (DAS), a Carson City Sheriffs deputy said.

The Carson City Sheriff’s Office Investigations Division is investigating a commercial burglary that occurred in north Carson City area. Throughout the course of this investigation, a picture of the suspect (see attached) has been obtained.

A 54 year-old Carson City man was taken into custody Friday afternoon at 3:18 p.m. in the 2200 block of Poole Way for misdemeanor stalking after his ex-girlfriend signed a citizens arrest form, a Carson City Sheriffs deputy reported.
