A 22-year-old Carson City woman was arrested for violating her probation after being found drunk and lying in rock landscaping near a movie theater, a sheriffs deputy said.

A 35-year-old woman was arrested Monday for felony fraud and other charges after allegedly attempting to pull money from bank accounts that were not hers, a Carson City sheriffs report states.

A 38-year-old man was arrested Tuesday night after allegedly fleeing from a deputy during a traffic stop, jumping out of the moving vehicle with his pregnant girlfriend still inside, and then attempting to carjack a vehicle occupied by a juvenile from a South Carson Street parking lot, a Carson City sheriff’s deputy said.

A 36-year-old Carson City man was arrested Monday for suspicion of robbery after allegedly walking behind the counter of a convenience store, stealing pistachios and pushing an employee who attempted to stop him, a Carson City sheriff’s deputy said.

UPDATE 11:44AM: The witness at the scene of the fatal crash said an adult family member was present at the time of the incident. Nevada State Police said the agency will provide information into the fatality following a preliminary investigation.
