A 24-year-old Mound House man was arrested in the area of N. Carson St. and E. William St. for felony drug possession and misdemeanor possession of paraphernalia. According to the arrest report, Noel Colon-Cabral was arrested after deputies were patrolling the area of E. William and N. Roop St.

A 43-year-old man was arrested by Carson City deputies in the 5100 block of S. Carson Street Thursday evening for possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia, a stop sign violation, not using a turn signal, and using a private drive to avoid traffic control devices.

A 27-year-old Carson City man was arrested early Monday in the 1400 block of North Edmonds Drive on a misdemeanor charge of domestic battery, a Carson City sheriff’s deputy said.
