The inaugural Moose Lodge Barbecue will be held on Saturday, June 18, 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. at Ross Gold Park, 280 Appion Way, Carson City. The community is invited. The barbecue includes burgers, chips and soda for $5. Bring your whole family and come on by for good food, games and make some new friends. The event is sponsored by Moose Lodge 2709.

A 30-year-old Carson City man was arrested in the area of 2nd and Curry on four felony counts including two fugitive from justice warrants for lewdness with a child and obstruction, one count of using a false ID to avoid prosecution, and one count of obtaining or possessing credit cards without consent.
