Every year folks ask what day Halloween trick-or-treating occurs in Carson City. In any other state and in any other Nevada community, there is no question. Trick-or-treating happens each year on Halloween night, Oct. 31.

The Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives seeks help from the public to find a fugitive, according to a news release.
