Suds overtake creek, road near Hazleton
Soap suds have overtaken the Black Creek in Luzerne County, near Hazleton, Pa. A state Department of Environmental Protection inspector traced the foam to Henkel Consumer Products, formerly a Dial soap plant, in Valmont Industrial Park.
