We fought for under conservatives. they said under our bill premiums would come down. thats what were focused on doing. with the cruz amendment in there, premiums will come down for people in the small group and individual market. people outside of cbo have said the same thing. thats why we want the cruz amendment to be in the bill when it comes out of the house. we think premiums would come down because they went up so much under obamacare. >> thats just not true, congressman. >> it is true. >>...
