Jessica Burgess, 42, was sentence to two years in prison for helping her daughter obtain an abortion. Her daughter Celeste was 17 at the time when she illegally terminated her pregnancy.

"You just didn’t want this baby, you didn’t want this pregnancy based on the person that got you pregnant," District Judge James Kube said.
