Shares of Mountain Crest Acquisition Corp. IV (MCAF) surged 52% on Tuesda after shareholders approved its $1.25 billion merger with China-based CH Auto. Last year, Ch-Auto Technology, an electric vehicle manufacturing and design service company based in China, announced merger deal with special purpose acquisition company Mountain Crest Acquisition Corp.
