The Securities and Exchange Regulator of Cambodia (SERC) entered into a memorandum of understanding (MoU) with Cambo Trust Plc to “enhance the implementation of the FinTech Regulatory Sandbox in the securities sector”. The MoU was signed on December 8 between SERC director-general Sou Socheat and Cambo Trust CEO Chan Sophy, at an accompanying ceremony.

Police in Pursat province’s Bakan district briefly detained and reprimanded 16 youths for creating a public nuisance by using noisy modified exhausts on their motorbikes and performing stunts on them on the night of May 29.

The Battambang provincial court on February 22 charged and detained 16 drivers of cars and heavy trucks after police stopped them on the night of February 20 while they were driving in the province.
