Samhi Hotels IPO subscribed 1.02 times on day 3. Retail portion subscribed 83%, NII portion 27%, and QIB portion 1.47 times.

Samhi Hotels IPO subscribed 12% on day 2, with retail portion at 58%.

RR Kabel has fixed a price band of 938-1035 per share, where investors can bid for 14 shares in one lot. About 50% of the offer is set aside for qualified institutional buyers, 15% is reserved for non-institutional investors and 35% for retail investors

The issue, which closes on September 18, comprises a fresh issuance of equity shares worth Rs 1,200 crore and an offer for sale (OFS) of up to 1.35 crore equity shares.

SAMHI Hotels is a prominent hotel ownership and asset management platform in India, with the third largest inventory of operational keys (owned and leased) in the country as of February, 2023. Some of the marquee names in its portfolio are Hyatt Regency-Pune, Courtyard by Marriott-Bengaluru among others.

Ahead of the issue opening, SAMHI Hotels shares are commanding a premium of Rs 35 in the unlisted market, while the GMP of Zaggle Prepaid is around Rs 40.
