Reporter andrea, police say the suspect is 25yearold austin stevenson. They tell us he escaped from the 23rd precinct after he was arrested for trespassing. Here is his picture. Police released it moments ago. They want everyone to be on the look out for him. We wanted to show you video of police scouring the area by 102nd street and park avenue. They are going to a number of buildings trying to find the suspect but they havent had any luck. Here is what we know. The escape happened at 3 00 outside the 23rd precinct.
