Following public outcry that South African artists dominate the musical events line-ups over local artists, the yearly Into Africa Easter Picnic has taken a leap of faith and entrusted the performances for the show to local artists.

The festival, which was initially scheduled for June 24 at Londoners bar in Strathaven, was moved to Sunshine Conference in Gaborone and took place on July 1.
