Apr 22, 2021 SALEM — Two Salem residents whose child suffered injuries in September were taken into custody on separate warrants Tuesday afternoon. Sean Hicks, 26, of 189 E. Third St., was arrested on a warrant for felonious assault and endangering children after officers located him at his residence, with K-9 Simon assisting.
