While California lawmakers are looking for answers to solve homelessness, they should steer clear of making laws that send a message of division.

In the basement of a brick building on East Main Street in Chattanooga, a new community bike shop is set to open Saturday.

The community murals painted on the brick walls around the EPB substation will soon feature 10 more local Chattanooga-area artists with displays on the fourth and final side of the downtown block.

The CHATT Foundation will open the Cold Weather Warming Shelter at 727 E. 11th Street on Wednesday, February 28, from 7:00pm to 6:00am.
