Man, 39, Dies In Single-Vehicle Wreck On Germantown Road Friday, May 7, 2021 At approximately 11:25 a.m., the Chattanooga Police Traffic Division responded to a crash at 600 North Germantown Road. Georgia Has 33 More Coronavirus Deaths, 924 New Cases Friday, May 7, 2021 Georgia state health officials reported on Friday there are 33 additional deaths due to the coronavirus. The current total is 17,675. There are 924 new cases, as that total reaches 885,148 confirmed cases of coronavirus. Hospitalizations are at 62,104, which is an increase of 94 from Thursday. City Council Set To Pass Ordinance Dealing With Vegetation Requirements On Steep Slopes Tuesday, March 16, 2021 City Council members said they plan to pass next Tuesday on first reading a new vegetative ordinance for construction on steep slopes.
