In the first spot from Cheetos, Ashton Kutcher has discovered some mysterious evidence tied to the disappearance of his Cheetos Crunch Pop Mix as a part of its Super Bowl LV campaign.
The second, features Mila Kunis and Shaggy.
In the second teaser ahead of Super Bowl Sunday, Kunis delivers a passionate monologue hinting that she was accused of something horrible. Cut to Shaggy and we realize he’s giving her pointers. While not impressed with her take, he offers the insight to “just stick to the line I gave you”- and the commercial fades out to the melody of his iconic song, It Wasn’t Me – which is celebrating its 20th anniversary this February.
Super Bowl snacking trends: Frito Lay projects 21% increase in snacking While always an important feature of Super Bowl viewing, Frito Lay s latest U.S. Snack Index poll estimates a 21% increase in snacking among consumers compared to last year s Super Bowl LIV game. Retail sales data shows Super Bowl Sunday is one of the biggest snacking days of the year, but snack consumption has seen a significant uptick since the onset of the pandemic, said Frito Lay.
The snacking giant s poll was conducted on Jan. 6, 2021 among a national sample of 2,201 adults who typically watch or plan to watch the Super Bowl.
The cheesy snack mix is a blend of two fan favorites.
Cheetos Crunch Pop Mix is a new cheesy snack mix that blends two fan favorites traditional Cheetos Crunchy and the popular Cheetos Popcorn introduced last year. Cheetos Crunch Pop Mix is available in a 7-ounce bag for a suggested retail price of $3.99 and a 2.25-ounce bag for a suggested retail price of $1.89. To promote the new product, the Cheetos brand will return to the Super Bowl this year with an in-game commercial featuring celebrity Ashton Kutcher. This year s Super Bowl campaign marks the next chapter of the masterbrand campaign, It s a Cheetos Thing, which debuted at last year s big game. The campaign will continue to be supported through all of the primary channels, including in-store, out-of-home and digital.
