Born in 1956 on a farm in the Landes region of France, Chef Ducasse is now at the helm of over thirty restaurants in 9 countries around the world, from prestigious establishments, including Le Meurice Alain Ducasse, Le Louis XV; Alain Ducasse at L'Hôtel de Paris; and Alain Ducasse at The Dorchester; to Parisian bistros and casual brasseries.

These chocolate brands were created to serve those with epicurean taste, serving artisanal treats with origins from Switzerland to Venezuela.

Today marks a momentous occasion for the culinary landscape in the Middle East, as the legendary Chef and founder of École Ducasse officially opens the doors to École Ducasse Abu Dhabi Studio. Nestled in the historic Al Hosn site, this state-of-the-art studio represents the first of its kind in the region in partnership with Erth Abu Dabhi.
