The report from the U’s College of Education and Human Development is based on a statewide survey of thousands of Minnesota principals conducted in November

A November statewide survey of Minnesota K-12 school principals found school leaders struggling for traction on instructional leadership and community engagement as they deal with their single greatest challenge, student mental health.

Three Minnesota foundations contributed $5,000 each for a total of $15,000 toward the costs of the trip.

Coming into the day, the district was short about 165 TA and EA positions across all schools, but by the time they closed, 60 people had accepted positions.
