PLATTSBURGH — A potential major incident was avoided Tuesday morning as area police stopped a Plattsburgh man heavily armed and headed for his former employer.

CHANUTE, Kan. - During the Commission meeting on July 25, Chief Mitchell proposed changes to the Burn Ordinance, which were subsequently approved by the Commission.
