The Equality and Human Rights Commission has condemned the firm after a whistleblower raised concerns about Pontins singling out Irish Travellers as "unwanted" guests

The EHRC found that Pontins drew up a list of common Irish surnames and labelled them undesirable guests to stop suspected traveller families booking holidays at its parks.
