A health inspector said the agency needed to start "putting a microscope" on some pools and spas in Fargo and West Fargo that continue to fail water quality tests.

An inspector from Fargo Cass Public Health visited La Quinta Inn & Suites two days after the chemical incident to make sure safety protocols are in place and being followed.
