Liberty, Ohio trustees work to make Belmont Avenue pedestrian friendly with sidewalks, crosswalks
After a trustees meeting Wednesday, there's now a plan in place to make a mile and half stretch of Belmont Avenue in Liberty more accessible to pedestrians.
