Companies run by a former professional wrestler received “sham contracts” in Mississippi and misspent millions of dollars of welfare money that was supposed to help some of the neediest people in the U.S., according to a new

DiBiase Jr. and others are accused of using federal funds meant for needy families "for their own personal use and benefit," prosecutors said.

The Mississippi welfare fraud case has also named NFL Hall of Famer Brett Favre.
