Greyeyes sisters told court they lost their aunt, but also lost their brother to an addiction that contributed to him killing a loved one.

Court heard Jessica Faye Badger is expected to plead guilty and be sentenced on March 1, and Ernest Vernon Whitehead will enter pleas on Feb. 27.

A judge dismissed a charter application alleging the man wasnt given his rights and warnings before giving police passwords to his phones.
