Intoxicated Man With Gun Arrested An intoxicated man with a loaded gun was arrested early Wednesday in the Mcdonald’s parking lot. Officer Lindsey Laughter had been called to that scene about a possible drunk driver who told a customer he had a gun. Officer Laughter found the man sitting in a 2006 white Toyota with the engine running. The man was identified as 29 year old Christopher Moir (Moy-er) who plainly appeared to be intoxicated.
