A North Carolina man pulled over for having expired tags also had several pipe bombs and drugs in his car, according to Rowan County Sheriff's Office.

There was a pipe bomb arrest recently in Rowan County, NC. Christopher Wade McDaniel was charged after the bombs were found in his vehicle.

On Monday, Jan. 22, around 12:15 p.m., deputies conducted a traffic stop in the parking lot of the Exxon gas station on Long Ferry Road for an expired tag.

Everyone moved away from the vehicle, and a gas station was evacuated.
